Terms of use

Your account

You need to be 21 or older. One account per person. You are responsible for what is posted from your account, and you keep ownership of what you write — you grant us the right to display it on the site and in search results.

Content rules

Reviews should describe your own experience of a tobacco. No affiliate links, resale offers, or price advertising. No abuse, harassment, or impersonation. No photos you do not have the right to post.

Moderation is after the fact: content publishes immediately and is reviewed when reported or auto-flagged. We may remove a review or a photo, and repeat violations end in suspension.

The catalogue

Anyone can submit a tobacco or blender. Submissions are checked for duplicates and either approved, merged, or rejected with a reason. Catalogue entries are factual records, not endorsements, and aggregate ratings are computed from public reviews only.

No warranty

TinNotes is provided as-is by one person as a side project. We may change or discontinue features, and we are not liable for lost content — which is exactly why export exists and is free.
